Please remember while staying with us you don't need to bring your car to Nantucket. Most people park their cars at the Hyannis ferry docks with a $8-10 overnight charge. Many alternative modes of travel are available to you on Nantucket including walking, biking, mopeds, a great shuttle bus system, and taxis. Traveling to NantucketDriving | Bus Service | Airlines | Ferry Operations Driving to Hyannis:From New York City (271 miles) - follow Route 95 to Providence, Route 195 to Wareham, Route 25 to the Bourne Bridge (follow the signs for Cape and the Islands), Route 6 to Route 132 into Hyannis. Follow the signs to airport or ferry docks. Trip is approximately 4.5-5 hours depending on traffic.
